I HAVE NEVER SURFED BEFORE! DOES THAT MATTER?
Not at all! We coach all levels of surfing and match you with people of a similar level. We try to keep everyone surfing the same area / beach where possible so we stay together, but this may vary depending on surf conditions. First we find out your surfing level & goals, then we tailor your retreat to maximise on those goals. We are all about growing together in a fun environment.

HOW COLD IS THE OCEAN?
The coldest it gets on our retreats is about 13 degrees Celsius, but don't fret! We use different wetsuits depending on the ocean temperature to ensure everyone keeps warm. If you are someone who gets cold easily let us know and we can give you thicker wetsuit and other bits if need be too (gloves, boots etc). ​

WHAT IS BREATHWORK?
Breathwork is a mind-body practice that has a broad range physical and emotional benefits. You are guided the whole time by one of our facilitators, and have a beautiful selection of music to help flow through the experience.
A breathwork session can directly ease or facilitate positive changes for experiences like:

WHAT DO YOU DO IN A BREATHWORK SESSION?
During a session, you lie down in a comfortable position, and follow a specific breathing method. You are guided the whole time by one of our facilitators, and have a beautiful selection of music to help flow through the experience.
CAN I JUST PAY WITH A DEPOSIT?
Absolutely! All we require is a deposit payment and to complete the booking form, and your space is reserved. Full payment is required as stated typically 4-6 weeks before the retreat
CAN I BOOK MY OWN ROOM?
Yes you can! We offer your own room, a couples room (a booking of 2 people must be made), or a shared room (max 3 per room)
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR MULTIPLE BOOKINGS?
Yes we do! Please get in touch for more info.
WHATS INCLUDED ON A RETREAT?
Everything except travel! Once you arrive we take care of all your needs. Food, accommodation, experiences & equipment are all part of the package.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
We send a full list of equipment along with all other information you might need, ahead of each retreat. If you have any further questions or would like to chat please get in touch we love to hear from you.
WHAT TIME IS CHECK IN & CHECK OUT ?
Times may vary depending on retreat, but typically guests check in around 4pm on the first day, and check out around 11am on the last day.
WHAT IS THE DAILY SCHEDULE?
Daily schedules vary depending on tides & weather, but we ensure to optimise each day so that we maximise the fun & experience out of each day! Please get in touch if you have any questions or would like to hear more about our retreats structure.
Our Typical Retreat Day Structure is :
- Light Breakfast
- Morning Surf
- Breakfast
- Yoga
- Lunch
- Video Analysis / Surf Chat
- Breathwork
- Dinner
- Evening chill / fire / dance (sleep!) etc..
HOW DOES THE SURF LESSON WORK?
The lesson lasts around 2 hours each day. We have some time on the beach learning new skills & technique, then around 1.5hrs in the water. We will have a tent setup on the beach for chilling out and if you want to take a break or finish early you are welcome to break or stop at any point.
DO I HAVE TO TAKE PART IN EVERY ACTIVITY?
Not at all! We want you to listen to your body, desire and what you need. We would love you to be a part of it all, but if there is an activity you don't want to take part in just have a chat with one of our facilitators and we will accommodate your needs.
