Conscious control of the breath to directly regulate the nervous system — reducing stress, sharpening focus, and releasing tension & emotion held in the body.

Body-based practices that help release stress and emotion stored physically — because the body holds what the mind can't always reach.

What is a Nervous System Reset?

A physiological shift — not a concept. Using breath and body together, Ali guides people from chronic stress activation into genuine rest and presence.

'Working in a fast paced communications agency has its challenges and requires energy, dedication, resilience and the ability to cope under huge pressure, which all takes its toll on our mental wellbeing. Whilst we have a lot of practical support in place at jellybean, I decided to investigate breathwork as another tool the team
